So I am having this issue sometimes, in GT5 at least(not sure if its in other game, PC or otherwise). Sometimes the throttle, even when your foot comes off completely, the throttle bar still shows maybe 10% throttle, and sometimes you come to a complete stop the engine will just rev up for a sec and then comes down to 0. And also when I go to full throttle, I will get full throttle, but it looks like it is fluctuating up and down(+/- 10% maybe) for like 0.5 to 1 sec. I don't think it has affected my driving that much yet, only in those really tight corner when you are just coasting the car through that it might cause the car to push wide a bit. But if this ends up like my old DFP's brake then it might get worse with time.
