G25 wheel and setting changes?

Hi, I am having a problem with my g25 wheel when I first had the wheel and was using it I could go into my settings when I was driving and turn on and of the TSC, ASM setting and many others now I can go into the settings but it wont let me change them on the fly Has anyone had this problem?
 
in the settings you can set the button layout.

I also use a G25 an have the "on the fly"tuning under square.
Then pres down for the settings I want to change and left and right to increase or decrease.

the only thing is that I can't go up

but I think I'll take it of again, I very rarely use it

I use the same mapping.

Square to open it and the Hat Switch is mapped to the adjustments.

No issues here.
 
I have it set up right it worked fine when I first got the game. Now when I pull up the menu during the game I can scroll down but none of the stuff is Highlighted if you know what I mean?
