G27 app doesn't work

Hi all -

Since I undated my computer to Windows 10 I had many issues with my Wheel. The most recent problem is that the wheel is running fine but the app where I can control my wheel's turning degree is not working. I go to the app shortcut icon, I double click on it and nothing happens. So guys plz if you have any Idea how to fix it plz help me.
 
Do you have the correct program downloaded? It should look like this in the Start menu.

So when you click on it (from the Start menu) nothing pops up? No error messages or anything?
 
No. nothing happens. just the mouse shows that it starts loading for a second and then disappears.

Time to reinstall it then. You might lose your settings though, I can't remember.
 
I did that multiple times and still the same problem. I went and installed the new program for the G29 hopping something happen but I got nothing. Went back and uninstalled it and downloaded it from Logitech website and again nothing happens.
 
You stated your wheel functions without any issues (FFB feels normal, nothing weird going on, etc), correct? When you go to devices and printers, does it show "G27 Racing Wheel"?

Yes that is correct.

And yes it shows "G27 Racing Wheel"
 
You don't have to be sorry you tried and thankfully you helped. I right clicked on it and found "Game controller settings".
Now I have another way to change my G27 settings.
