G27 durability question

How tough is the G27?I have read in a forum that some people started having problems with it after a month(the most annoying one being the center alignment problem).Have you ever had any problems with it?Because I'm thinking of buying one but I don't wanna waste 300$ on something that's gonna last me a month!:ouch:
 
I got my g27 right after they where avaliable for purchase and havent had a single issue with it. Even my old dfp wheel is still kicking around living with a buddy now.
 
I've had my logitech g27 for ages and it's fine, apart from the dent I may have put in the centre cap from Battlefield 3 induced rage lol.
 
I have a G27 I'm selling just in case you want to still cancel that order. I've put almost no time on it because like 2 weeks later or so I bought the Fanatec 911 Turbo S so this wheel has been sitting in it's box practically brand new.
 
The G27 is almost bulletproof. I even used to bang it when I got mad and it's still running strong. I dont remember exactly when I bought it but it was before GT5s release, sort of...December 2009.

It's a purchase you'll never regret.
 
Don't have a G27 but my G25 is still going strong, ordered it when they was first released.
 
My g27 has not been to good, i got one second hand that lasted about 6 months but i got a replacement feom logitech at around christmas and this one feels very second hand already. Guess its my driving :L

Replacements are usually re-furbished so you're not getting anything brand new.

I've had my G27 since prologue came out and never had a problem with it. I have friends come over and use it as an "arcade type" steering wheel, beating the heck out of it and it still runs strong.

The only problem I had, today, was that the throttle would idle, meaning the throttle bar in game would show input when no pedal is pressed. I just need to get the throttle pedal cleaned out. Not bad for over two years of abuse and overuse.
