G27 Faulty or Bad settings?

Hello.



I got my G27 2 days ago and so far i think i m going something wrong or this is just broken.



When i play project cars i like to play 80% of the times but the other 20% make me mad as **bleep**.

The wheel has good feedback but everytime there is a little bump on the road the wheel goes really soft and lose all feedback. It's annyoing because on low speeds (tight turns) wheel is really soft and bumpy almost sounds like it's broken.



I tried a lot of configurations but I cant get it just right.



Logitech profiler:
Overall effects: 100%
Spring effects: 0%
Damper effect: 0%
Enable centering spring: checked, 0%
Report combined pedals: Not checked
Degrees of rotation: 515
Allow game to adjust settings: Checked


On Dirt 3 is completetly bad because of the dirt.
Please watch the video I made. THIS IS NOT NORMAL FOR SURE.



If I turn off the Feedback the wheel doesnt make this noise on Dirt 3 but what's the point of giving 250€ for this thing without force feedback.

The sound it is making sounds like a loose gear inside. Not sure but that sounds bad. Send it back if this happens in more than one SIM. Can you try it out on a PS3 to see if it is a driver issue (which I doubt) ?

Well this doesnt happen on Project Cars except when there is little bumps on the road.
I dont have the warranty papers for this. But this wheel has less than 2 years for sure. Should I contact Logitech?

Maybe I can make more videos testing the wheel. Like the calibration on Profiler.
