Get my G27 today from logitech website, I don't see this stuff in London at all thus bought it online, was quick delivery, only 3days I get it.

It's so exciting to use it and very disappoint about my driving skill. I was nearly winning every game by using pad, but now I have to start from very low range car and start from beginning, driving in streight line, break correctly, go into conner without over turn that is different from Pad and so difficult.

I am still looking for the key mapping on G27 , anyone could share their experence on G27 ? g25 also welcome.

Merry xmas everyone.

Yes it will be a learning experience, but a good one.

As for key mapping currently the two outside red buttons on the shifter (L3 and R3) just don't work and the bottom 4 buttons on the wheel don't work either.

The remainder of the buttons can be programmed by going to the Driving Force Pro in the wheel setup area however you cannot access RA menu from the wheel at all.

Yup, great wheel- terrible in game support!

I still love mine (G27) though and am even thinking of drilling out the stock wheel I changed out on my BMW and mounting it to have a more real experience.
The only thing that actually bugs me is the same for any wheel- when you start the game it spins back and forth a couple times lock to lock.
I don't like to see it pound on the extents of its range of motion but "oh well", you can't have everything.

Im in the same boat.

Got the wheel 2 days ago and it really took some time to get used to.

It's not the same as a controller, where i have been using since 20 years ago when i started playing video games.

Although i don't expect to spend the same amount of time to master a wheel (hell no....) i think it will take some time definitely.

I am now starting to get a hang of it in terms of the movement, sensitivity of the wheel, but the braking point is still somewhat hard to guess.

I drive everyday to work i hope this won't change my driving style on the road...haha.

Good luck.
