Buying Direct From Logitech Can be a Headache in itself, I ordered Mine january 2nd and i "should" receive it as early as feb 16, and as late as feb 23. Right now and apparently for a while they are swamped and cannot meet demands. I ordered mine knowing this and waited because after purchasing a different logitech product and registering it, i was given a 20% promo code for there online store, so it was only 279.99CDN(307.98 Taxes in) with free shipping(orders over 75.00 get this). If your set on the G27 then you may have a wait, but there stock is starting to vamp up again, and the backorders are being filled now.
These stock issues are definetly having effects on your stores local inventory, also some stores refuse to carry it due to the high price people wont pay
Logitech.com is your best bet, they come into stock regularly and there are plenty of discounts out there. I believe there are G27's on Amazon right now too. Good luck finding them in stores, it happens, I guess, but not often it seems.
