What up GTplanet? many have been asking me how i did the shift light for the G27 wheel, after some extensive redesign, and rewiring, i finally finish the project the way i originally planned. the old design left something to be desired.
That being said, this mod is very complex. the complex part is soldering to the LED board. You need a steady hand and some good soldering skills. Everything else is easy, sounds hard but it's not
Don't get discouraged my novice soldering peers. I also show how to solder to a different part of the LED board with bigger soldering joints.. to get the same outcome,
I also show you how to rewire a usb extender out from the wheel and into the base. Solely designed for my home made sequential shifter. But you can do this an attach any home made usb peripheral you want. E-brake, Seq-shifter, ect.
If you do not know how to solder, please look up some videos on youtube. to get a good idea how to solder, it will help you a ton...

DIY seq shifter video will be up sometime before the end of next week, so if you plan on doing this mod go ahead a do the seq-shift wiring, so to avoid reopening the wheel when video is released. those who haven't subscribe please do so. to get the exclusive first look at the seq-shifter video before public release
