Hi to you all.

I'd like to know if anyone has any advice for minimizing the loud sound all three pedals make when you release them?

When you press the gas pedal for example, when released abruptly, it'll make quite a loud noise.

Its an awesome product and i'm not the one annoyed by that sound.

Thanks in advance.

You do not need to do any grinding if you use thin material like velcro ( non hook portion). All you will be doing is softening the metal/plastic to metal contact points.

glue a thin strip of neoprene in the gap sacrifices about 1/8 inch or cut the slot back a little and put a much thicker piece in. A real quick fix can be had by using a small piece of foam double sided tape stuck to the Lever and another to the gap in the case too if liked.

I have small dash pots from an auto carburetor, let the throttle go by sliding the foot off the side and all you hear is a little clunk and then SSSSsssss as the lever is lowered to the stop over about 1 sec.

Just a driving tip here...but you should never be abruptly coming off the throttle or brake. You should be smoothly rolling off the pedals and onto the next as to no upset the balance of the car. I'm sure that this doesn't have a huge effect in the game, but in real life driving around a track it makes a huge difference. I use my time playing GT to practice these kinds of things so they become habit and I do them without thinking in the track car. The fastest drivers out there are the smoothest drivers. 👍 :)

Well yes that is true but for the purpose of controlling noise in the Pedal box,
I don't just let the throttle slam shut as it were as this tends to depending on the power and coast settings and especially under hard braking raise the risk of nasty things happening like real wheel lockups and the like.
