G27/Playseat Alcantara clutch footrest?

I have recently got a Playseat Alcantara and a G27 for Christmas and i was wondering if i could buy or make a custom clutch footrest because my ankle really starts to ache after a while of playing. Thanks for helping!

You need to use a JPG picture in order to make the IMG tags work.

On-topic: I had a blanket on the metal frame, worked for me. Was a 5$ Ikea blanket, so rather thin. Just adapt it to the footrest by cutting it in pieces and...voila, there you go.
