It would seem that my paddle shifters have packed up, wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so, how did you fix it?

Clutch and H-shifter both still work but paddle shifters do nothing.

EDIT: Its brand new, and I have had it for 2 weeks today. Annoyingly.

Hmm. Are you using your wheel on PC or PS3? If you're hooked up to your PC, do they register in the Logitech software? If you're on the PS3, try any other games? Besides testing it, make sure all your plugs are secure (loose connections do odd things) and if all else fails call Logitech, a failure 2 weeks in is certainly covered under your warranty!

Its PS3, playing GT5. Apologies for failing to specify.

I've unplugged and made sure every wire is in its socket securely. I've tried completely powering down everything. Unfortunately i don't have another game that would let me use the paddle shifters, but I that thought did occur to me a while ago so I have a pal who owes me a favour driving 10 miles at 1AM to lend me his copy of F1 2010.

Really not looking forward to the wait if I send this back, heh.

Well if the paddle shifters should work in GT5 and they don't then I doubt they'll work in any other game, unfortunately. Check around to see if the paddles are even supposed to work in GT5, which I imagine they would, and if not it's very possible you unfortunately just got a dud. Bummer.

Well they've worked perfectly fine up til today. Its all the buttons on the actual wheel itself as well ive discovered. It used to be left side were Rear View, Right side E-Brake but they dont work either.

I assume its a loose wire or some faulty component relaying the signal from wheel buttons/paddles back to the thingumybob in the back of the wheel. Not going to risk opening it up to look for a simple thing like that though. No reason to void the warranty.

You know, it's not hard to remove the wheel and look inside, make sure it's not just a loose connector... as long as you have an allen wrench and a teensy bit of delicacy... but being only 2 weeks old you're probably better off just calling up Logitech and letting them know what's up, they have great service and won't leave you out to dry.
