G27 - Releasing the clamps

Ok so my G27 has just arrived and now im just trying to put it on the wheel stand pro but it wont fit because i cant release the clamps.

So i have been trying to do this for the past 30mins and i am now loosing my patience so does anyone know how to release the clamps? I have tried pulling at them but im scared they will break plus it isnt even in the instructions manual.

This thread had pictures on how to do it with a G25, but they seem to have disappeared. With the G25, you had to take the casing off and I would assume that the G27 method will be similar.

Ok thank you, but is this the method you have to use just to get them to come down to clamp onto something or actually remove them from the wheel?

That's removing them. I think I may have missread.

They should just turn and the clamps should move up and down. You may need to press down on the rotating lever and turn it to release it. It should then pop up, and turning it shold move the clamps.

Ok i got it working now Thanks very much cant believe i didnt work that out
