G27 setup for NFS shift 2

Hello. Can anybody tell me a good setup for shift 2 with the G27 wheel? The steering is too soft then too sensitive at times. I try to steer the the wheel, I get nothing then steer more & the car jerks around. What's a good setup? Thanks
 
I ended up returning this game for the reasons you are stating, and the inconsistencies in the handling.

I just gave up.

Shift 2 was the most diappointing game I have ever used. It is simply impossible to drive it with a wheel. From my point of view it was way better at the beginning (I think after the first patch). Now it is simply horrible - at least the PS3 version of the game. Maybe the modded PC-version is better, but I never tried that so far.

It is frustrating to drive with the wheel. I tired drifting today. Sooooo hard.

LOL, that's what got me going on GT5, after attempting NFS S2U with wheel, I was in heaven.

However, the PC version is quite playable if you install the mod patches available at NoGripRacing forums.

Yea, GT5 is so much better with the wheel. Although shift 2 is better with the gearbox just because I don't miss gears like with GT5. & My computer isn't feeling good right now. Lol & I'm not enough of a fan of shift 2 to buy it for the computer.
 
With few mods which i dont really remember since it's so long time since i played shift 2 on pc it was pretty good i must say..:)

I actually have both versions.
Delve into the NFS section here at GTP and you will find info on that.
This is the wrong section for these 2 inter-related topics;
(NFS S2U PS3 Physics & Lag VS. PC, XBOX, & SMS/EA Relationship).

You will have to do some searching because it's been over a year since discussions were raging about it.
Other forums such as ISR, NGP, RD and etc. also have numerous posts about it.
