Hi guys ...
Have a problem with our wheel

Pedals are working fine ... Gear selectors are working ...
But when turning he wheel nothing happens

Can I get any replacement parts . If so where from ...
Have dismantled the wheel and going o open it up and see if anything is obvious ..

Any suggestions

If your wheel's under warranty, you should contact Logitech UK, who'll probably send you any replacements if needed 👍.

I'm not sure but I think if your power supply is dead the wheel won't respond but the buttons and possibly pedals still do. But if you've already got it open, check the encoder wheel, it looks like this (except without the crack in it!):

They break very easily and are the cause of a lot of G27 problems, since the wheel can't calibrate without it. You can get a brass replacement for it though.

Did anything happen between the wheel working and not working? Any loud bangs, smoke, a sort of burning smell? I imagine you would've mentioned something like that though... I remember reading once that a guy left his G27 unused for a long time in a humid room, came to use it again and it died with a loud bang. He opened it up - properly opened - and found the motors' commutators covered in a sort of sludge; it was conductive dust from the motor brushes (or whatever) which had reacted with the moisture in the air to make it into a very viscous paste. Obviously when it worked it's way around the commutator it basically shorted the motor out, so when he turned it on the MOSFETs on the controller board killed themselves, hence the bang. If you or anyone you know can do SMD rework that can be repaired, but I imagine you would've noticed if that was the problem.
