Has anyone had any issues with there wheel trying to correct it self and continually turning from left to right at high speed? This is my first day with this setup and i don't want to mess up the wheel itself. Any help would be appreciated.

it happens with all wheels. I've only noticed it with the Red Bulls though. it hasn't messed up my wheel yet so i don't think its too bad.

Well it seems to be like that with my bugatti, could I have my settings on my wheel messed up

I have also a wheel and it also does like this. I guess you'll have to live with it :/

I just unplug the FFB power cord if I have to use X2010/X2011 or any hypercars with tendency to steering wheel shaking, so I don't have to worry about killing my wheel.

When I first started with my DFGT, I thought it would go down the straights by itself with no force feedback, so I had a light hand grip. Then it would oscillate like you said. Now I hold on tighter and correct for it as it happens and I don't realize I'm doing it. I don't think you have to worry about damage. My wheel has been through alot of abuse (kids) and is as tight as day one.

I unplug my DFT when I know I am going to be driving the X1 for any amount of time.

It's sooooo annoying. Same with going around the corners. It almost snapped my wrists. Does it too my DFGT.

Just reduce the FFB and hold the wheel firmer.

Thanks for the help! The reason i was so worried was because I bought the wheel used along with my chair and stand. Another question i had to ask, was it seems like whenever I take turns in a normal car (gt-r/zr1) it seems like the wheel wants to over correct itself. Is my FFB to high? Are the setting not correct? Or do o just not have the feel for it yet?
