G29 3pin UK cable for EU cable

Hi,

I was lucky enough to pick up a new G29 for £100 last week but due to a bout of man flu I haven't opened the box until today. I've only been supplied with a 2 pin EU cable to fit the power adapter, am I right in thinking I can just buy a 3 pin UK plug with the correct plug (figure 8?) to go in to the power adapter? My G27 that I just sold came with both 2 pin and 3 pin cables so I'm thinking the adapter is self switching? It says 100-240v on the actual power block.

You're right, you can use any 'figure of 8' (aka IEC C7) mains cable.
