G29 not recognised in Logitech software MacOS Big Sur

I have a G29 and it is not recognised in Ghub or Logitech Gaming Software, in Ghub the wheel is pictured, but greyed out with the message "not connected"
I have F1 2017 and Dirt4 which have support built in and the wheel works well, but Grid Autosport does not recognise the wheel.
Any observations or suggestions most welcome.

I have exactly the sam issue. I even have same games. Not found a solution yet though, sorry
