Gah help me decide which Logitech iPod dock to get

I have the iPod touch 3rd gen.

I see no real major differences other than how they look plus I'm scouring the internet for differences in these two...anyone have suggestions or knowledge on these?

(I love Logitech for their price and quality and have for years)
