Game asking to re-install to HDD after 1.05 update?

Apologies if this has been covered before!

We did the 1.05 update, but the game is asking us to install the game to the HDD again. Has anyone had this, and if so does it affect your game save at all? I just thought I'd ask as I didn't want to take a risk and go ahead with it only to find it wiped anything from the game save.

Again, sorry if it's been covered, I just needed some reassurance! :P
 
I did the 1.05 update and reinstalled the game to the HDD and the game save data did not change at all so go ahead and reinstall the game ;)
