Game completion % stuck.

Somebody please help.
My game seems to have been stuck at 58% completion for ages - probably since Xmas.
I have completed all licences with gold and silver, all special races with gold and silver, all races finished ( with gold ) apart from endurance and formula GT. ( All in A. Spec )
Just recently gone up to level 30, opened up the Vettel challenge but the completion is still stuck at 58%.
Has anybody else experienced this ?
I did a search but no one else seems to have this problem.
 
Have you been doing B-spec aswell, if you have then you should be at 90% +. If you haven't you could do some B-spec and see if that raises it.
 
B Spec is only at 2% because i found it really dull.
My problem is that the 58% doesn't seem to have moved despite winning
races and moving up a couple of levels.
