Game crashing selecting cafe?

As said above, recently bought a PS5 and upgraded my PS4 version to the PS5
Yet the game is essentially unplayable for me, anytime i select the cafe it hard crashes the game and throws me out
Nothing i could find on the Internet about a possible fix.

Basically this sounds like a faulty console.
You can and should try all of the available "repair x" methods, but likely it ends in send in for repair.
