What I'm referring to is the folder towards the top in your game section.

This folder (Game Data Utility)

Is it possible to have 2 GT5 items in your Game Data Folder? And if so how or why would there be 2. There are some games that do have 2. Skyrim is an example of one. But as far as I know I thought (and remember) GT5 only having 1.

Any reasons? This might be a simple answer. But I thought I'd ask. And a simple reply if you have 1 or 2 in your game data would be helpful.

Yep. Region A (Americas, Japan) and Region B (Europe, Oceania, Africa) installs.

Just a guess but was this about my video? I too never realised this until I was asked to show it. Thanks Famine, that would be the explanation for mine being in Australia.

Other games often have patches/DLCs and core-gamedata separated (your Skyrim example).
