Game Dedicated Lobbies

I would like to be able to race in premade lobbies similar to what FM5 has and not have to search for a basic performance level race like a 550p or a 500p. They are hard to find and occasionally not even yet created. They should also host shuffle races or include more casual type racing like races that disallow fully customized suspensions so that the race is about racing and not so heavily on tuning.
