Game Freezes loading Nurburgring after update

Ever since the new update, I can't race on the Nurburgring. I've tried it online, seasonal events, and offline practice - it starts to load, the progress bar completes then it just sits there. Eventually the music cuts out and it locks completely and requires a hard restart.

Anyone else have this problem? I tried clearing cache, etc., can't seem to get it to work.
 
This just started happening to me. Race wil start but 30 seconds in it will freeze. Any race on the ring. So far every other race is fine
