Game plays way worse than its sequel on a strong laptop, is there a way to fix this, please?

Pretty weird. I played FH5 on a pretty decent laptop and it played with Medium settings recommended but when I play FH4 it says I don't meet the minimum requirements.

Can anyone please help me figuring this out?

Update: I think the laptop's confused. It can't figure out what settings to apply.
