Game Series They Need To Die

Which game series do you think needs to die the most?

Not just because the games have become bad but the death of a certain series could lead to new, better games and or series

To me the outrageous number of games with 5s and 6s behind the title is holding back creativity. As long as game companies can rehash solid titles and make profit they will continue to do so.

So which series needs to die for the better good?

If you know of a video game series that should die post it and i will add it to the poll

Need for speed, definately, and possibly tomb raider, but if they carry on as good as Legend was then by all means carry on!

Other than GT and Burnout I have no care for any of the others.

I voted for NFS but what boggles my mind is... If there is so many people that hate them...

1. Why do people still buy them!?

2. Why are they even around!?

I wish they would just make another Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2. That was such a great game. It was also one of my favorite out of the NFS series. BUt if they are just going to make another dark underground type then they should just let the series die. I am just tired of all the night time racing underground type of games.

Agreed, We need another Hot Pursuit game out of EA again.

I actually brought Burnout Revenge and got bored of it pretty quickly so it either needs something drastically new or die.

I just watched a Burnout 5 interview and they said Burnout 5 will be completely different from any of the Burnout games. I dont know if that will be good or bad. I always enjoyed the Burnout series but your right Revenge got boring quicker than I would have expected.

Personally, I hope the GT and Burnout series never die, I love those games.

I vote for Dragon Ball Z, Tomb Raider, and Naruto. The others either maintain a level of quality (Mario, Zelda, Burnout, Metal Gear Solid), or could potentially make a comeback and return to greatness (Gran Turismo, Need for Speed, Final Fantasy). Madden and Dragon Quest I'm indifferent to.

I hope NFS: 11 is last one. I get tired of it after NFS: UG2. I voted NFS Series.
