Game slow to load (start) & at times and freezes while in the game?

First off I will apologize for this post. I know I read somewhere, in this forum, how to restore the speed at which the game loads but I can't seem to find it now. It mentioned something about deleting save files but NOT something else.
Any help to get my GT5 up & running 100% again would be much appreciated.

Again, I apologize for a repeated thread on this issue.

you mentioned something about deleting save files but NOT something else.
Do not delete your save game data just delete your game data if your having problems. And to get faster loading times go to options stroll down to you see utilities click on it and go to pre-install main game data and press on that

I found the post & this is what it said......'Delete some game data, NOT save data (if you do that all your GT5 data will be lost forever), it is a common problem that most people have come across at some stage.'
