I'm guessing that "neons" refers to those neon lights people have taken to attaching under the sills and wheel arches of their cars.

That's the only thing I can think it could be.

Each car can also be decked out in an array of different paint colors, which lends them a bit more personality, as well as aftermarket parts to increase their performance, such as new engines, tires, and even cosmetic things like neon.

Engine swaps would be great. 👍 Neon, however, has no place in GT. It's all about choices though.

Cars can be acquired in a number of ways. First off, you can use credits that you win from taking part in races to buy vehicles, as well as can unlock them for acquiring certain number of A-Spec points

You mean neon lights? They're on the Blitz Skyline. Thankfully not an add-on though, just part of the kit on that car.

These reviews are only making the wait more painful. When the hell will we get this F'ing game in the states!? I was in Gamestop today and I wanted so bad to erase the sign that says "Feb 2" and write "bloody NEVER"!

I saw some of the movies they recorded of the game. I think most of us can be glad that there is no online mode, because I wouldn't want to race against people like that driver.
