Gamepad Settings

Anyone got any decent pad settings?
I tried with default settings but the feeling is very strange.

I mean these valuaes:

Steering Deadzone
Steering Linearity
Steering Saturation
Throttle Deadzone
Throttle Linearity
Throttle Saturation
Brake Deadzone
Brake Linearity
Brake Saturation
Wheel Rotation
