Gameshark Question.

I got a Version 4 Gameshark. Would it work with Verison 3 codes and lower?

Honestly, I didn't know they made a v4 shark. I quit paying attention to "gameshark" products after Madcatz bought the name. The GS2v4 will certainly not be compatable with the GS2v2 and lower, but may have the same encryption as the v3 does.

GameShark 3
GameShark 2.3
GameShark 2.4
The 2.4 aka V2.4 is just a newer version of two. No three will most likely not work on it, just 2 codes.

On the box it says Verison 4. So, I could get codes that are V3 and up?

GS2 v3 codes will most likely work for you.
