If I remember correctly the conversion is -8300hex, so the codes would be.

0D69F55C142617A5 1D69F55C145617A5

This does'nt always work though. There can be several conversion offsets, so if these don't work, the best thing to do is to compare known codes for both versions and see what different offsets you can find. Like if you have the money code for US and Japanese find the hex difference between them, this is an offset. Do the same thing with other codes and try using each offset you find by applying it to the code you want converted untill you find the one that works.

I am not sure on the Japanese offset or what mastercode you are using. But one of those might work for you.
