Sorry but i don't know what is RAW and
How to covert it ?
 
RAW is unencrypted, Codebreaker, Gameshark are encrypted. Most cheat devices can use ununcrypted codes, Codebreaker certainly can.
 
I'm trying to convert gameshark to codebreaker for need for speed most wanted 21267 version

I have tried but as I use a smart phone I can't get it to download properly. That and I don't seem smart enough to do other conversion methods so I was hoping someone with better skills than me could do it. I have seen so many threads about codes not working on nfsmw bc they don't have the black version or the greatest hits and I finally found codes that work with the gameshark but half the time my gameshark acts up so I want them for codebreaker also

You may need to specify both the GS and CB versions to get proper converson.
These are assuming yours is GS 5, converted to CB 7.
