hey is there anyone else who hates gamespot as much as me i mean they dont have good quality pics and game reviews (to me)
to get acsees to eveything you need to pay(witch i think that sucks) and hey dont post off topic or anything like that

Note: this is my oppinion and my views so dont say stupid stuff

Wow! what, this is the first current thread you posted in, in a while huh?

:D

Anyways yes, gamespot sucks, along with IGN.

I understand the pay thing, but i dont approve. But, hey, bandwidth costs money.

Case inpoint, one of the site i visit, had to shutdown. Their bill for the month of August (just august) was $41,000. 12 terabytes of transfer. ouch.

I don't visit game sites anymore because of IGN and Gamespot charging for their services etc...

I can understand why they do it, but i have absolutely no money at all.

i hate the ad inturruptions, as well. u click on a link, and before it takes u to that page, it loads this huge advertisment video, that takes forever to play. and if u click the "skip ad" link, the ad still loads anyways.

Maybe because owners of places like gamingforce audio don't have an extra $492,000+ a year lying around just so they can keep a site up and running.:reallyodd

i get my gaming info from a site in France... seems like they haven't heard of paysites over there. :D

nice avatar, Josh!

Thanks.:) Finally learned how to resize pics in PS7.:D
I added the lil' white faded border in some other program, though.

Gamespot was cool when you didn't have to pay :(

Ahh... Gamespot is no biggie. Just go there a minimum of once a week. They have the content free for a week, then it gets moved into the paysite.

I know... I know - how ignorant of them to try and make money in their business. The nerve.

there used to be a site that you could get great reviews and stuff from, but they shut down. it didn't give a reason tho.... and i can't remember then name of it.

I use cheatcc.com a lot. They have two options, a pay option where you get all of the codes and strategy to all of the games before they come out and a non pay where you get the stuff a little after they come out. I always use the non pay site. The only prob is the ads.

Yea it is becoming a problem with pay sites, but considering every company that deals with the line owners are copping it pretty hard for bandwidth. 2 years ago it was not an issue now it is.
