Polyphony, another realism question for ya.

I love GT and always thought it was realistic...

I am racing a Corvette race modded with over 700 hp (reduced on purpose from its near 900 available).

In the same race (90 lap Laguna), a 1967 Cougar gets the SAME gas mileage? REALLY?

Again, please tell me you are fixing that.
 
Well, the Cougar has bad plugs and needs a tune up, so it doesn't get the mileage it should. Lol. Just kidding.
