Gear box tuning questions

Hi all,
I have acquired a fully customizable transmission upgrade for a number of cars include Lambogenini LP400. However I cannot seems to be able to find in any where that I can adjust the gearbox ratio. Can some one point me to the right location to turn the gearbox of the vehicle like GT5P. ?

Can someone give me some hint ? This is for A spec racing.. Do I have to finish A Spec before I can start tuning like GT5P ? What about the GT LIfe ? There is nothing in there when I visit there.. Please HELP ! Many thanks again.
