Gear Indicator Help???

Hi Guys:

Have finally started driving something other than my trusty BMW & have noticed not all the rides have an easily spotted "Gear Indicator". I've seen several in You Tube videos that appear to be about 1.5" [40mm] wide by about 2.5" [85mm] high & sport a very bright Red LED. Any idea where I might purchase one???

THANX Zonic 2001!!! I asked here first because I didn't really expect to find anything on Google. Once I got the terminology correct I found a whole slew of items. Seems a bit pricey however, will keep looking around.
