According to this guide, what does a Front Damper of 6 mean then in GT5P ?

Is it the Front bound rate or Front rebound rate or the ratio between bound and rebound ? I am such a noob

GT Vault is the real deal; they've been around for quite some time now, and i've used alot of their tunes on my cars in GT4. There's a guy on there named fumes, he's the one of the best tuners out there.

Yeah, I second that. I love that site, and whenever there's a setup by Fumes, that's the one I go with. After that, the car usually drives like it's on rails.
