For some time I got back to iRacing (most of the tracks are new to me).

I'm quadrapalegic and there are times I don't know if my speed is limited physically or is it technique. (it applies to all sims). There are times I'm wondering if my reaction times are affected by cerebral palsy. Anyone in my shoes ?

For the heck of it I decided to try VRS data packs and even without any deep analysing I became faster (from 4-5% of the pace to 2%) and I feal that I can push even more (Just lacking the time on a sim at the moment).

I feal like I usually settle in to some comfortable pace that is easier to maintain physically (without the tension in the muscles etc).

Any tips in finding your limit or setting a bar for yourself?

@G.T.Ace may be able to share some relatable tips or thoughts. :)

The tool I lean on for trimming laptimes are ghosts, either racing my own or leap-frogging downloaded ghosts from leaderboards. I don't know if iRacing has ghosts. I appreciate the immediate feedback from any mistake, even as small as a premature or late gearshift.
