Are you kidding?
Spock's MySpace
So after my car accident i have been of to a chiropractors to see if i have any sort of injuries, and as it turns out, i have 2 broken discs in my neck and some damage to my nervous system. I am litterally losing the strength in my hands and i could lose them all together. Meaning i could quite possibly lose the ability to play bass or guitar all together. rough movement is something i cant do so no more headbanging or moving my head to much when playing in AssNynE (if i can still play bass).

And to make it worse the guy who rear-ended me may not have any insurance so i really have no way to get a new car from this.

ya im just fudged right now.
Italic underlined denoting an edited word.

Hope you get better soon Spock!

I hope he gets well too but it even irks me to hear so many damn stories where the victim is hit by and uninsured driver. :irked:

I'm sorry to hear this... :indiff:

Get better soon, Spock. 👍

Why are the worst drivers the only ones who are uninsured?

No insurance means you get away with whatever accident you cause?! Can't you sue or something?! This just doesn't seem fair to me at all. I'd be at his house taking whatever I wanted in order to pawn it off to pay for my doctor bills and a new car, and maybe a lil more for my troubles.

I think the uninsured driver(assuming he didn't hit and run) get's arrested and license revoked right?

Hang in there Spock. You're not the first GTP member to get ****ed over by an uninsured driver on the road. I can barley stand and walk on my feet thanks to one.

Try to think positively, and hang in there.

because they are that bad, either their quiote is too high for them to get of their dumb asses to pay for (by working), or theyre that bad they dont get a quote at all.

makes sense

Wow, thanks you guys, considering my lack of activity here this is really nice.

And I am doing much better, although I do have much thanks to the chiropractor I see 3 times a week (at $600 just for walking in). I do have some loss of strength in my hands which make playing bass a bit harder during practice, but its managed to get better. My neck (in x-rays) doesn't look like you could square a joint with it anymore but I still can't do the rigorous movements with my head thats required as part of a metal band.

The upside to all of this is that my old cars a total loss, but I did move up from it (1990 Toyota Corolla, rusted), to a 2002 Mitsubishi Gallant (not rusted) and for only $2k or so (was $5k, but I received a $3000 gift from my grandma for a down payment).

Wow, that's totally insane. I pay $25 per visit without insurance to my chiropractor.

Well back in my football days my back would hurt, but instead of going to have it checked out i had somebody spear me in the back. It worked!:sly:👍👍

Well if i want to see anything out off the kid who hit me, the chiropractor i see is only one of two in Montana that our court system will take legal testimony from, and i don't just go into have him pop my back and back, he uses lasers and other therapy tables on my back to help the discs stop swelling to let my neck get back into place.
