I've golded like 5 more license tests since PSN has been down. I found out why I couldn't do them all my first run through... I didn't think I could go fast with tires off the pavement. On all of the license tests you basically have to expand your race line so that a couple of your tires are off the track in every corner. Now tests that boggled my mind are surprisingly easy. The game doesn't tell you that grip reduction is set to low for the license tests. I think if it were set to real, you wouldn't be able to gain anything from letting your tires off the road...
