I just thought of this today. Seeing as how they're already in the game via Spec 2.0, would you be able to secretly obtain them from a 1000 ticket? Also, I know it was possible to get the #20 GameStop NASCAR from a 1000 ticket AND a 2010 ticket, yet that's supposed to be a promotion vehicle. Could this be a way for us Americans to get the DLC cars ahead of time?

Well, I suppose you can get them, but since they aren't really yours, chances are they disappear after you restart, or save, so you really just wasted a ticket.

There are some videos about the #20 Gamestop Nascar being obtained in the 2010 Ticket, but it disappears after you quit the game.
