When I run into people with slow(er) tunes than me I usually start with their car and work my way down seeing what is the slowest car I can run to beat them

Same, if I get in a room full of people I don't know I'll get my black mask or SLR 09 out in a room full of GTRs and Vipers. Now I love my 03 SLR:)

I got told my Beetle was hacked. I raced a guy and his must have been about 14 seconds, so when I beat him by 1.5 seconds on a 1/4 mile, the inexperienced got suspicious. No doubt I got kicked.

Is the drag race lane at Indy Road Course actually a quarter mile? If so, that is one fast Beetle.

Ok. We need a multiplayer drag track. Route X 1/4 mile is single player only. Tough to tell who won online.

Really we just need a finish line that just said who won. If it was a real in game track that is like NFS Pro Street for example all it is, is whoever has a better tune. I like indy in that it can go either way but we need an official 1/4 Mile with a finish. It will be interesting to see what PD does...

Then there is the issue launching. I have bad experiences with ghost lag. Also, going on time is not accurate since people launch too early.

That's exactly what I do, I keep going back to the garage for slower cars, usually end up with a ford lightning running muscle cars.

Haha. I dont care who I race. As long as can beat them. What are your favorite cars to race online. Mines the ram and civics. And pretty much any other car that in real life would be a under dog in a race.

I like dragging the 4 door sedans and wagons, Audi rs6 Avante in the low 9 second bracket, Chrysler 300C or BMW M5 against muscle and I have the 91 Toyota Aristo that runs mid 10's that looks like it doesn't belong anywhere near a track.
