Hello everyone and happy holidays.

I have a few questions about the Fanatec Wheels.I'm getting a Porsche 911 GT2 Wheel tomorrow.

I read somewhere before you can even use the wheel you have to download firmware.Where exactly do i find the firmware for the wheel i am using?I've searched the net and haven't come up with a clear answer.

One more question. When i do find the firmware,is it pretty simple to upload to the wheel?

I'm new to this so any help will be greatly appreciated. :)

Anything computer related when it comes to driver and firmware support is always available on the manufacturers support site, in this case Fanatec.
Flashing a new firmware with any device I have had so far was nothing more then the push of a button in a firmware flash program delivered with the new firmware. Of course you need a pc to flash a device.
Although I never flashed a Fanatec product it should be the same.

And to check what firmware you are running. Turn on the wheel until you see the red --- symbol then press the 4 lowest buttons on the quarter to 3 arms of the wheel, you should get a display saying 681 ... if the number is lower then you may wish to go and find FW 681 and install it yourself. But I'm pretty sure it sould be good to go.

Quick ?, Is 115 the most recent drivers? I have 114 on my GT2, and always like to get the MOST up to date. Thanks!
