I'm using the VGA cable, because my Philips 32" didn't have composite connections, but it had DVI. I had a voucher to get £15 off the VGA cable and then had to pay £15 for the VGA-DVI adapter. D'oh!

I feel exactly the same. Its like those guys who spent £5000 for a 42 inch plasma a year ago and are now probably burning where you can pick up much better ones for cheaper.
My parents are in that situation. Although, you can never predict the future... The TV was one of the first HDMI-able TVs, so it seemed like a very good buy at the time as they're complete movie buffs. It's still pretty good today, but yeah, things have moved on quite a bit. Hell, our year-old £700 26-inch LCD in the office is ALMOST as good as the Plasma already.

So GT4 would be the only game I would see a benefit in while playing my PS2?
Pretty much. Like we said above. You will really notice a massive difference when you get the 360. 👍
GT4 looks good in 1080i but just wait until you see the 360. :sly:
Dont forget that with GT4 you will have to set it to 1080i every time you turn your PS2 on. Also you wont noticed the 1080i until you drive on a track.
