Ghost is gone on 0-400?

I can't seem to get a ghost car doing the 0-400M, 0-1000M and Top Speed test. I can get a ghost car on other tracks but not those... why? Did they take out the ghost for the 0-400 1/4 mile? It was there in GT3 but not on this one.

I press 'up' on the D-Pad but it's not doing anything.
