Ghost Share Is is it Possible?

I ran a search and all the inquiries about Ghost lap share were from 2011. Since more recent updates is there a way for someone to send their ghost to another user (not on the same PS3) and for the recipient to use it as a Ghost to improve their line and times. I know you can download Ghosts from the top ten time trial drivers. However, I will never be able even see the Ghost after the first few yards of the track. That is why I would like a little slower Ghost just a little faster than I am so I can improve and move up.
Any help would be appreciated.
 
There is no easy way to do it, but you should be able to use another's ghost replay once you get it. [Note: I can't confirm this, maybe someone else can. I assume it works the same as any other shared replay or a downloaded ghost.]

It seems complicated but it really isn't if you have a basic understanding of using a computer. It just takes a couple minutes to figure it out the first time. Still, most people seem to take one look at the tutorial and give up. Your choice :)

Replays of full races can get very large very fast, but one-lap ghost replays aren't too bad. I don't think you can share between NTSC and PAL versions. So US and European users can't share between each other, although I don't know exactly what regions use which versions and what the borders are.
