Guys what is the gifting cooldown?

I heard it's every day

So if you gift at 11:45 PM before Midnight shouldn't you be able to gift at 12:01 AM then?

I tried but it didn't work =/

ive heard that they have changed it to every 24hours rather than everyday.

Pretty sure it's every 24 hours now. I gifted my friend a car at 4:55 PM and had to wait until the next day past that time to gift another car. Kind of sucks during this season...

Strangely enough I can still do a trade around 20:00 and do one around 15:00 the next day.

For me it's 7 pm now. Sent 1 car at 11:55 pm te other night and can send one again at 7 pm next day.

When do does PD server reset?

Yeah, its definitely a little less than 24 hours. It would be nice to get an exact number on it, but I've gifted a second car after about 21 hours or so.

General rule of thumb is 24hours. I really wish it were "per day" (ie, gift at 11:59pm then be able to gift as soon as 12am)

Nope. I think its just a few hours. I have multiple accounts. When i trade at 11:30, i can always trade again around 6 or 7. Fastest gap i made was 5 hours. 10pm to 3am.

7PM EST is Midnight Zulu. Maybe that's what they're stuck on now. If so, lame.
