Here's the way to get any car in the game, even those over 1mCR which are not tradeable.

You need to have access to TWO PS3's, one of which needs to be running GT5 v1.05
(this can be set by deleting the game totally, then running the game install and stopping the updates once it's at v1.05... remember to disconnect your internet connection once it's done, to stop any further updates)

Step 1:On your main PS3 (which should be now running v2.0+), borrow the car you want from somebody on your PSN friends list via the car-share feature, then save game and exit.

Step 2: Copy the gamesave from the XMB to a USB flashdrive.

Step 3: On the second PS3 (v1.05), copy your gamesave file from the USB flashdrive, then start up GT5. You will see that the "borrowed car" is not showing as red. Now go to garage and change to a different car, save the game and exit.

Step 4: Copy the gamesave file back to the USB flashdrive, and then copy it to your main PS3.

Step 5: Enjoy your newly acquired car!

Can anybody with 2 ps3's confirm this actually works?
Before I buy a second one.....

Cheers 👍

Yo Outeke! I've got 2 PS3s and yes that trick works however the cars got 1 change so it's a waste of time if you are a 0/0/0 collector.

Hello my friend,

Yeah, Im more into completing non-tradeable series...which already got miles on them.

Audi R8 LMS (missing 2)
Bugatti Veyron (missing 11)
Furai (missing most)

Now I need to find somebody with a ps3 that I can borrow...hahaa

I can confirm it works , but you can't do it in two minutes... I'd say more like 6 to 10 minutes to complete the whole process for each car you 'borrow'.

As for the 0/0/0 well, since you can't officially 'trade' these... why do you really care if they are 0 switches? Other then doing a ticket 1000 gamble over and over and over again, there is hardly any other reasonable way for a person to get all of these untradable cars now.

Yup, most of my Furai's, R8 LMS are with miles, no need to collect them 0/0 as they aint gain value as untradeables :)

I can help you with that. I've got 6 Audi R8 LMS, 23 Bugatti Veyrons and 6 Furais (all in different colors). But why not just paint them if they have changes anyway? Well, that won't work for the Veyron but you can just paint the Audi R8 and Furai in the right color.

OK, lets have a pm about that someday soon.
It is not about painting, just wanna have them as original as possible.
After 2200 cars, it is a addiction to have them hahaha

The ones I have are all with 0/0/0 except one. I use that one for driving, lol. So they will be as original as possible ;)

Oh, it's not a issue for me, cause I don't have that big of a collection, but there is a size limit with this 'glitch'. 4165kb apparently is the largest your save file can be and still work correctly.

@GSD, Awesome, hope we can work something out with them.

@TRFZF My fully loaded main account has passed the 6mb....:( but my new main (old-sub) is only 900k!!

Yeah, well I avoid buying cars that I know I'll never drive.. :) So my collection is pretty small at this point. However I just recently ( this past weekend ) obtained my second PS3 and the ability to borrow with the glitch process, so I suspect my fleet of cars is going to increase rapidly now..

I first collected all models and all non-paintables with miles (100%) and recently started to re-collect them as 0/0.
My incomplete series are from the moment the limit came into place....so glitching is the only way as trying to get them with tickets is a pain in the ***.

But I will get my missing ones..sooner or later :)
