Know what really grinds my gears? The fact I spent 11-12 hours grinding to get a Red Bull x2010 and now every man and his dog has one! I have done the glitch myself but that's not the point :-P Anyone else kind of hoping they reset all us glitchers back to how we were? Though grinding does take too long in this game (clearly PD wants our money which isn't working because at this rate no-one will want Gran Turismo 7 with micro-transactions, they'll lose out in the long run).

Why does it matter what other people do? What if other people did the glitch and you weren't aware it existed? Would you be mad about it too? How does it effect you? If anything, its less of an effect in GT6 because there is no trading.

If you grinded for 12 hours to get the X1 you should feel some personal satisfaction for that. When I run a 5k or 10k I feel the same. When friends or family see me off then drive to meet me at the finish line I don't say to them, "Ha you guys cheated, you drove and I ran, that really grinds my gears". Why not? Because I am running the race and they are not. Run your own race.

Because I had the satisfaction, but now I have less satisfaction because everyone has every colour and every model and I feel like it could of been time spent doing some press-ups or something, I'm going back to Reddit this forum seems to be full of cranky people :-P

It just shows you how lazy and greedy some can be. Keep turning those laps.

There's something wrong with GT6:tdown:👎

I rather keep my self out of trouble also @TokoTurismo. 👍 Just common sense.

The software whole is not a glitch @TokoTurismo. Plus I think PD and Sony would do more than just band for stealing. How is the whole unfixable? It's software, it always be fixed.:cheers: It's not saved data man which can't be fixed.

Cranky people because we don't agree with you? Why would what someone else does with the game lessen your satisfaction? It makes no sense. Run your own race.

That was *exactly* my first thought too.

Why would what someone else does with the game lessen your satisfaction?

I think the OP wants everyone to earn the expensive cars just like he did, implying that anyone who got expensive cars by glitching credits doesn't deserve those cars... it's not fair, or it's not right, or something like that. The world is not fair, life is not fair, and this is just another complaint in a sea of complaints. I think he should have posted in the $20M glitch bellyaching thread.

I think I'd lose interest in the game rather quickly had I exploited. You lose your sense of accomplishment in the end. Everyone's different though, and maybe I'm in the minority here. Seems like everyone is glitch crazy around here.

Lol I've seen so many of these threads on both spectrums, one where they revel in the glitch as a stand against PD and MT, trying to make themselves look as if they are patriots in Soviet Russia, or other threads where they hate glitchers and blame them for ruining the game.

I don't glitch, I don't buy MT, but I play the game.

Point is, this glitch or the ones that are anti-glitch call it SEVERE EXPLOITATION OF THE SYSTEM WITH NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES THAT RUIN THE GAME FOR US ALL, I don't see what the big deal is.

I'm playing my game, if I go online, and I see a lobby full of Red Bull X2010s or XJ13s, if I get annoyed, I switch lobbies. I find a lobby with PP and car restrictions if I have to. My online experience isn't ruined by this. My solo experience isn't ruined as well. This glitch only works if you actively participate and follow the steps in it its not something that happens by random. So by that means, it shouldn't affect anyone.

Everybody plays the game differently, I applaud you @greatkarlee for working hard on that RedBull, you worked hard and got that car, be proud of it, but who cares if someone glitched for theirs. This game is built on tools and skills, you might have the best tool, but with no skill to back it up, it won't even matter if your car has 1000 hp.

Its only when people glitch something to get a car to have 30000 hp from a Daihatsu and take it online and somehow slide by restrictions, thats when people's experiences are ruined, that I don't condone.

This glitch is harmless to everyone besides PD, but I see it as a good eye opener for companies who do use MT, with GTA being swindled out of money by money glitches and now PD, just waiting for the hammer to drop in FM.

Best response I've seen so far from someone who did not do the 20mill money glitch.
If only others who are in this situation/anti-glitchers would have this mindset.
Good onya mate:tup:
Also, this glitch is a perfect example of gamers giving greedy corporations the middle finger(or 2 fingers if you're old school hehe) in protest of micro-transaction implementations in a game they've already paid money for.
Like it or not,it's happened,so move on and play the game.

Everybody get rid of your "unfairly obtained" cars and return all of your pirated credits back to PD. This guy is having his gears ground. Instead of "cheating", go out and quit your day jobs tomorrow so you can endlessly grind out credits and purchase your cars the fair way so OP can feel some much needed self-satisfaction.

I don't agree with resetting everyone's progress to day one. Lol, @BDoggPrelude being confrontational and sarcastic is helpful -not. I mean we are all free to have our own opinions viewed and expressed right? -sorry for those who are living in a communist country, I feel you man-.

Resetting people's progress, for the people who actually played fair, damn, riots on GTPlanet forums for days, and PD is not gonna risk losing a consumer base for a mess up, rather than equalize the playing field, I think they are going to pick up their pieces, recover their losses, and go about their business. Fix this fiasco or get rid of MT, but they should offer a severance or entitlement to those who actually sank their money into MT, maybe double the amount purchased, or refund back into PSN money? Patching the issue seems more likely.

Really??? Can you all not see this as blatant "stirring the pot". Glitch, don't glitch that's your choice. Topics like this "really grind my gears". All that needed to be said was in the original post telling how to do it...

Respect for your rounded view and analysis. Well said.

Apply cold water to the affected area.
