Back when I was about 14 years old we were out camping. During the day we collected firewood for the night. Later that night we noticed an area of the woods that seemed to be glowing. So we went over there and sure enough, one of the trees that was dead was glowing in the dark!! Not the bark or anything around it but the wood itself on the tree. It glowed all night long and we even kept some of the tree to see how long it would glow. But the next night it was not glowing anymore. Any explanation for this? Anyone else ever see anything like this?

This thread reminds me of the Nuka Cola girl in Fallout 3. "The only side effects from drinking Nuka Cola Quatum is glow in the dark pee"
